2 TriEagle Energy makes no warranties. TriEagle Energy is not affiliated with your thermostat manufacturer or its products and services. Please check with your thermostat manufacturer for warranty information related to its products and services. To participate, you agree to the Connect & Conserve program terms and conditions including the remote adjustment of your thermostat during conservation events. At any time during an event, you can override the adjustment using your app or thermostat. If you decide later you do not want to participate in the program, you can unenroll at any time.
